Private coaching sessions can be booked at more flexible times throughout the day, we also have small private group sessions which can be joined at the following times.

MONDAY - THURSDAY : 0715 - 0930 -1200 - 1645 - 1745
FRIDAY: 0715 - 0930 -1200
SATURDAY: 0800 - 0900

MINDSET & NUTRITION
Unlike any other gym, we place great emphasis on developing a success mindset, this is how we get our clients focused results.
We will teach you how to move and how to think to ensure success in your health and fitness.
Mindset is a skill and can be developed the same way as learning to squat or run and will transfer into many other aspects of your life.
During your induction we will discuss your goals and how your mindset will be the greatest factor in you achieving these.
Nutrition is a huge piece of the puzzle many of us miss out when trying to get fitter, think of it as a 'force multiplier' to your fitness training.
We will teach you how to move and how to think to ensure success in your health and fitness.
