Are you willing to invest 3 hours of training per week into your health and wellbeing?
Are you willing to commit the next 3-6 months into your training programme?
Are you willing to spend time improving other areas of your life including nutrition, sleep?
Are you willing to accept that you have made some excuses for your lack of fitness in the past? I will be asking you what they are!
Are you willing to set yourself a serious goal? Something that will challenge you, something that you may have thought you could never do?
We want to help you take your health and wellbeing to the next level, if you answer yes to the questions above then we will help you do that.
We will help you with everything you need from mindset, training, nutrition and recovery - you must be willing to set yourself a challenge and commit for at least 3 months before you expect to see results.
Please do not apply if you do not think you can do this, we are not a 'fitness outsourcing service' we can not do your press-ups for you!

What are your goals?
Serious goals will get you serious results, pick something which will stretch you. You do not need to be saying you are going to get a gold at the olympics (unless you want to). But set yourself a serious challenge and lets do it!

Our coaching is designed to help you fully optimise your life, we love to work with clients who value our time and advice and are willing to follow it!
This might mean reading a book we suggest, or altering your diet or improving your bedtime routine.
We can work with clients who have injuries and niggles, however if you have any pre-existing medical conditions then you may be required to visit a doctor and get a note.
