A big part of what our team do each week is make sure that you (the members) have good attendance, we do this by checking your attendance records. We know that for a member to achieve great results they need to exercise three of our coached group personal training sessions per week.
But what else are you doing outside of exercise? Are you still drinking the water? Keeping your nutrition on point?
I know many of you are not.
That is why some members drift off track with their health and fitness, or you become too comfortable and progress seems to plateau. The reality is that you are NEVER staying still or constant, you are only ever getting better or getting worse. The plateau does not exist.
When you get this way you are at a high risk of giving up with your health and fitnes. We don't want that for you, we want you to achieve world class results. We want to interview you after 2-3 years and hear how transformative this has been for you and all the amazing things you achieve inside and outside Witterings Fitness.
Inside the Inner Circle 90 day coaching world we will be holding a quarterly review for your health and wellbeing every 90 days. It is very important that attend this coaching session and block out your calendar for the year ahead. It is important that you have goals and 'to-do's' which you are working on to keep your mind and body in motion and focused throughout the quarter.
"What you got you here, won't get you there."
This is how we do things differently to achieve our goals, we can not keep doing the same thing day in/ day out if we expect to keep getting better.
Little gains happen in the background when you are consistent and disciplined with your health and wellbeing and the 90 day world will keep you focused on what you have achieved and what you want to achieve in the future.
How do the 90 Day Coaching Session work?
It is important that you know the format of the coaching session so that the session has a good 'flow' to it and great vibe, it should be fun! Part of our role as coach is to keep the coaching session to 90 mins max, so don't be upset if you get cut off for waffle!
You can attend this online or in person at Witterings Fitness, we will let you know all the dates in advance.
1. START POSITIVE - WIN REVIEW
Every coaching session starts with a WIN REVIEW, this helps our brain focus on the gain you have experienced in the past 90 days. It is ok to celebrate your success. We are hardwired to look for the negative (or threats), so this technique is designed to rewire that prehistoric brain of ours.
2. ARE YOU ON TRACK OR OFF TRACK?
Keep it quick and simple, are you on track or off track with your goals at the moment? Are there any issues holding you back?
3. IDENTIFY - DISCUSS - SOLVE (IDS)
IDENTIFY your issue in five words or less
DISCUSS the most important issue that is holding you back from success
SOLVE, This is where your coach can help you and suggest ideas that you can use to solve your issues.
4. SET GOALS
Things that you want to achieve in the next quarter that will take more than 7 days
Something small like a new habit which you can achieve in the next 7 days
How do the mid quarter accountability calls work?
The accountability calls are mini check ins which are available to you every week, you must attend these so your coach can keep you accountable.
If you do not attend then the chances of you drifting off track are high.
Remember we will honest with you, so release your ego before you attend the coaching sessions, we give you a hard truth please remember that we only do that from a place of care and love.
