WHO ARE WE?We are a small fitness coaching studio in East Wittering with a passion for helping & supporting clients to achieve their goals and learn to love exercise and make leading a healthy lifestyle achievable.
Our team of coaches use the science of training with the art of coaching to enable you to get the most out each and every session, enjoy your time with us so you look forward to coming to the gym and stick to it to make sure you maintain your awesome results. We work mainly with beginners of all ages (our oldest is 95!) or those who have tried and failed in the past to improve their health and fitness. Most of our members were brand new to exercise and healthy eating. We will teach you how to prevent injury, illness and disease, while improving your strength, fitness, health and energy levels. If you are just looking for a gym to wander about and look at yourself in the mirror - then we are not the place for you! (We have no mirrors to start with). |
OUR SERVICES
We offer a 6 week foundation programme to help you get the basics of long term health and wellbeing in place. Exercise is just a small part of what we do with our clients to achieve long term results, we will address nutrition and lifestyle factors, keep you accountable throughout your programme to make sure you get the most out of it and stick with it.
Once you have completed our 6 week foundation programme you can be confident that you will have the essentials in place to maintain your health and wellbeing for the long term and, if you are a good fit for our community, we will invite you to join our longer term support programme.
We offer 3 types of session; Personal (1 person), Semi private (6 people) Large groups (15-20 people) the majority of our clients work with us in a semi-private setting which offers the best 'coach to client ratio', many of our clients describe it as 'one to one personal training in a group environment'.
All sessions are lead by one of our highly trained and professional coaches in order to ensure you are safe and getting the most out of your training.

WHO WE HELPOur clients are all ages and abilities, (our oldest is 95!) all fitness abilities, all shapes and sizes but they all support each other with the same commitment of making progress towards achieving their goal whilst providing added accountability and enjoyment to their experience.
There is no pre requisite fitness level needed to be able to start your journey with us, it doesn’t matter where you start, all that matters is that you start. It doesn’t matter If you have tried gyms before and they’re not for you, we pride ourselves on being able to provide our clients with a programme that is flexible enough to fit your busy lifestyle whilst getting you the results you deserve. |
